Halloween was so much fun...and busy this year! Actually, not as many events as usual, but with me being so sick and exhausted from this preganancy, it was a very good thing. We made it, barely, to what we could;) We had a ward Halloween carnival with door-to-door trick or treating. Then a multi ward Trunk-or-Treat in the parking lot the day before Halloween because Halloween fell on a sunday this year! And then we celebrated Aunt Courtney's 21st Birthday on Halloween with our family and cousins.
We went with our friends to Oma's Pumpkin Patch, which is an operating dairy farm. The kids had so much fun picking out their pumpkins, getting a tractor hay ride tour through the farm, including a peek at a baby calf that was hours old! They especially loved petting the animals, running through the hay maze and wouldn't leave the cotton seed mountain. They rolled and played and tossed that soft cotton seed until they were white. We even came home with balls of it in pockets!
And Mark was Nacho Libre! His whole team at work dressed up as characters from Nacho Libre. And then we went to our friends' annual Adult Halloween Party that is always so spooky and fun! He was Nacho and I was Incarnacion.;)

And what's Halloween without the potions and disgusting specimans display?

Hilarious pic of Blake as the Hulk.
I never would have pegged Mark as one to dress up as Nacho Libre. You people are fun loving - oh yes, my kids pointed out that a lot of the houses on our street had Christmas lights this year. Russ and I just couldn't resist joking that we should tell you guys so you could make the trip to Arizona to see it. Haha. If not for fun memories like that, life would seem dull.
