St. Patrick's Day...

So in my attempts to make this "blog thing" a sort of cop-out for my lack of scrapbooking lately, I feel I must include some pictures of events that took place that i forgot to post about. On St. Patrick's Day Blake's class decorated shamrock and leprachaun hat sugar cookies with green frosting, and made leprachaun hat's that made their last name into irish ones (i.e. O'Gefrom) Some of the kids' names kinda sounded a little off put into Irish context, but maybe its just me... O'Dias? O'Gonzales????

decorating cookies with sheniya, and being a little goofy.

The Leprachaun (aka Class mom ;) ) put vanilla pudding into cups with green food coloring in the middle and left it for the class while they were at recess. When they found the treat, they got to mix it up to make "Magic green pudding!" ooooohhh.
Brielle decorating cookies with cousin Michaela.

Just being silly out on the front porch....

You know how all the Hispanics get real mad when Americans put an "O" at the end of english words to make them spanish? (table-o, fork-o)
I wonder if the Irish have the same complex about the O's at the beginning...(o'table, o'fork?)

Cute pix! Now i'm in the mood for a frosted sugar cookie!

Did you do Blake's hair special for St. Patrick's Day? He totally looks like a lucky little leprechaun in that picture right before the pudding.

I made an all green dinner on St. Patty's Day... green cream of potato soup, green lemonade, garlic toast with green butter, and green beans. The kids were delighted when they discovered their whole dinner was green!
