While Blake was out of school for Spring Break, we did a lot of fun things...besides being sick for most of it! We were able to hit many new and 'oldie but goodie' things the kids have been anxious to do.
We went to "Airtime" which is a huge jump house filled with inflatable fun! I have never seen Blake and Brielle smile and laugh so much! There was so much for each of them to do, I don't think they stopped running for an hour and a half straight!
Blake conquering the WALL
Brielle especially LOVED this giant slide and went up and down it no more than a 100 times I bet! She even coaxed me to take Chase and go down it with her! It was so fun. I thought she'd be afraid to do it by herself, but she nervously went up to the stairs, and then just took off!
The Challenge "Gladiator" course. Blake spent most of his time racing in there.
As you can see, Brielle had a blast!
Even Chasers had a little fun, but quickly found his way into moms arms.
Easter was so much fun!
The kids woke up to find Easter eggs that they had dyed the day before , and the Bunny had hidden for them. They were so excited about their baskets. Mom left a note for the Easter Bunny this year to not put so much candy in the kids' baskets. She didn't think he realized how much the kiddies got at school, at church, at home, at Grandma and Grandpas, at Ueli's, and from friends and relatives!!!! Yikes! ;)
Chase enjoying watching the older kids hunt for eggs.
Blake was very excited to see that the Easter Bunny had eaten the carrots he had set out for him.
Showing off the goods with a head full of sponge curlers!
We ran out of the house to make it to church on time and so we took some Easter Sunday pics AFTER church outside of our ward building.

The kiddos
Blake filled his basket so full of eggs he had trouble keeping them in!
Brielle meticulously placed each egg into her pretty little basket. Making sure each one was filled with a treat!
Chase quickly got the hang of egg hunting. He picked up each egg and threw it into his basket.
He was very proud of himself!
The little kid egg toss. I think Great gr & gr hard boiled most of the little kids' so they would feel better at how well they did!
The Adult egg toss. I'm not going to lie, it got pretty intense! The last few contestants, Mom and Dirk, Tim and Robin, and Mark and Kyle. Robins kept falling and BOUNCING off the grass...hmmm hard boiled?? Moms cracked all over her hands. And Mark and Kyle, once again being the funny guys, were pretending to throw and catch the invisible egg at the beginning while no one was watching. They were tricking everyone. But as the distance got further and the competition slimmed down, they were throwing for real and they had the magic hands and won!We went shopping for some much needed school shoes after Blake complained of the rocks poking him when he walked. I looked at the bottom of his shoes and there were holes in them! Now, before you judge, he does have perfectly good shoes that he refuses to wear becaue they are lace up and will only resort to them if he can't find his slip on ones. Well, these slip on ones (which I had tried repeatedly to hide) had seen their last day finally!!! And because I just can't seem to find it in me to teach the boy how to tie his owm shoes, and having 3 kids I take the easy way out and say, "ok, lets go find you some new shoes that slip on or velcro!"
Do you know its hard to find velcro shoe in Blake's size? Proabaly because most boys his age are learning how to tie their shoes. Oh well...we were victorious!
And of course, Brielle's feet are growing so fast and are almost the size of Blake's! So we had to get her some too. Here is her and Daddy strollin' through the mall in her new kicks.
Hmmm...choices, choices at the island of candy.....
I caught Blake and Chase stuffing the marshmallow peeps into their mouths and giggling. I couldn't beleive how much Chase was getting into his mouth! Whatever happened to looking out for your younger brother, Blake? Does that include sneeking him so much sugar that his head will explode?! As you can see, they were both loving it!
Blake and Chase love playing together so much. I couldn't resist buying them matching jammies, aren't they adorable?Besides these fun events, we had our very good friends from Utah come down and we went to the beach, children's cove, yogurt mill, soup plantation, and the tide pools. We love it when our friends come and visit! She owns her own jewelery company, Tribal Jewelery, and had a booth at the Women's Head to Toe expo at the fair grounds. She hand makes all her natural jewelery and it is amazing! you can check it put at http://www.tribaljeweleryunlimited.com/
We also spent time at the park and playing with friends. Good times, Spring Break oh-9! We can't wait for summer to be here!
